Marrero is underrated, change my mind
I'm originally from Miami and Crime rate is something to consider -Marrero sits at 445.3 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $997 for rent here. Median household income is $45,633, which feels on the lower side for the area. With a population of 31,866, Marrero is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
