We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 13.5%, which is around average. Rent is about $742/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
