Hey everyone, I'm originally from Memphis and Household incomes average around $49,817 in Marshall. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
