Is Marsing walkable?

Anyone else feel this way? Crime rate is something to consider -Marsing sits at 191.7 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
