Best restaurants in Martha Lake?

Hey, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $132,130, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $2,014/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 7.1%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. TIA! Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a lawyer who relocated here from San Diego about 4 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good schools in most areas
- Decent public transit for the size

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Chain restaurants dominate

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are manageable, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Happy to answer more specific questions..
