We have two kids and Poverty rate is 17.9%, which is higher than I expected. You can expect to pay around $808 for rent here. The median home value here is around $177,700, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
