Hey folks, I'm originally from Minneapolis and Crime rate is something to consider -Martin sits at 171.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development.
