Anyone work in healthcare in Martinez?

Anyone else feel this way? Household incomes average around $125,436 in Martinez. Homes are going for about $824,700 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.
