So, I've been here for 11 years and Homes are going for about $824,700 on average. Median household income is $125,436, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.

Used to live on the Uptown side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
