Freelancing from Martinez -experience?

Alright, With a population of 36,926, Martinez is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $2,265 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cheers. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.

I'm a physical therapist and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.
