Hello, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $824,700 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Martinez sits at 214.5 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks in advance!
