Martinez in the winter -how bad?
Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 33,019 people. Household incomes average around $85,617 in Martinez. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
