Martínon

Ο δήμος Μαλεσίνας ήταν δήμος του νομού Φθιώτιδας που συστάθηκε με το πρόγραμμα Καποδίστριας από τη συνένωση παλαιότερων κοινοτήτων της περιοχής, που αποτέλεσαν στη συνέχεια τα δημοτικά διαμερίσματα του δήμου. Λειτούργησε την περίοδο 1999 -2010 οπότε και καταργήθηκε με την εφαρμογή του προγράμματος Καλλικράτης και εντάχθηκε στον νέο δήμο Λοκρών. Βρισκόταν στα νότια του νομού ανάμεσα στους δήμους Αταλάντης και Οπουντίων. Ήταν ένας από τους δήμους που συγκροτούν την επαρχία Λοκρίδας. Ο δήμος αποτελείται από δύο δημοτικά διαμερίσματα, καταλαμβάνει έκταση 103,7 τ.χλμ. και είχε συνολικό πληθυσμό 5.404 κατοίκους. Έδρα του δήμου ήταν η Μαλεσίνα.
