Is it worth buying in Martinsburg?

OK so I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $1,090/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $54,590 in Martinsburg. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Used to live on the Fairview side, now on the Downtown side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
