Curious what people think. My partner and I are Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
