How much do you pay for rent in Martinsville?

Hey, Median household income is $42,434, which feels on the lower side for the area. With a population of 13,584, Martinsville is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any help is appreciated. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
