First post here. Household incomes average around $58,150 in Marysville. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $282,700 on average. Poverty rate is 17.7%, which is higher than I expected. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Marysville? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
