Is Marysville a good place to live?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Marysville sits at 57.0 per 100K. Household incomes average around $92,490 in Marysville. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've lived in Riverside for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Strong job market in several industries
- The outdoor recreation scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
