What surprised you most about Marysville?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 41-year-old physical therapist and It's a a smaller city city with about 26,540 people. You can expect to pay around $1,179 for rent here. Rent is about $1,179/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to.
