Random thought, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $521,500 on average. Poverty rate is 5.2%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Does this match your experience?

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
