Marysville is underrated, change my mind

Hello, Poverty rate is 5.2%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a lawyer who relocated here from Baltimore about 4 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Dating scene is rough
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are affordable, gas is underrated.

Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
