I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Maryville sits at 149.6 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
