Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 8,239 people. The median home value here is around $194,600, which is actually reasonable. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts.
