Hello, Just moved here 10 months ago and The median home value here is around $397,900, which seems about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 35,148 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Mason? Thanks! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
