Thinking about relocating to Mason from Minneapolis

Hi all, Household incomes average around $124,407 in Mason. With a population of 35,148, Mason is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.
