First post here. I'm a teacher here and You can expect to pay around $751 for rent here. Household incomes average around $54,226 in Mason. With a population of 1,993, Mason is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
