Hey folks, Born and raised here. Median household income is $55,308, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $138,800, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $846 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.
