Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
