Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 8.4%, which is concerning. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Used to live on the Eastside side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
