Studio apartments in Mattydale -options?

Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $67,672 in Mattydale. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Mattydale? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great Mediterranean places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
