Freelancing from Mauldin -experience?

My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? TIA! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The outdoor recreation is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
