Mauldin is underrated, change my mind

OK so The median home value here is around $242,100, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $1,401/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks in advance!

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
