Hey everyone, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $81,027, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,401 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
