Best neighborhoods to rent in Maumee?
Random thought, I'm single, late 30s, and The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $939/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Does this match your experience? The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
