Anyone else feel this way? Median household income is $92,466, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 6.0%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
