Rent vs buy in Maumelle -what makes sense?

Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Maumelle sits at 153.7 per 100K. Median household income is $92,466, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? Appreciate any input. The weather takes some getting used to.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Austin it's better than expected.
