Hello, Median household income is $69,306, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,016 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned?

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.
Background: I'm a project manager, 50, moved here 2 years ago from Atlanta. I've lived in Greenfield and Springfield, and traveled to most parts of the metro.
**What I love:**
1. Friendly community, easy to meet people
2. Good healthcare facilities
3. Lots of new development happening
4. The people are generally surprisingly good - I found my community within the first year
**What I don't love:**
1. Traffic during rush hour is rough
2. Nightlife is limited
3. The walkability situation is growing and doesn't seem to be improving
**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- Greenfield: Great for young professionals. better than expected vibes, walkable.
- Springfield: More affordable, family-friendly.
**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.
**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Atlanta, everything felt decent. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are developing. Gas is developing. You can live comfortably on $90K-$90K here.
**Final verdict:**
Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if food scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in Pine Hills area are solid. Kids love it here.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The safety is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.
I've been here 6 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the cultural scene is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is improving.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Springfield side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
