Considering Mayagüez zona urbana vs Kansas City -help me decide
Curious what people think. With a population of 59,427, Mayag--ez zona urbana is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? Any help is appreciated. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
