The median home value here is around $110,300, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $456 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 59,427 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
