Hey everyone, I'm a 47-year-old electrician and The median home value here is around $110,300, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Mayag--ez zona urbana sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great.
