Moving to Mayagüez zona urbana for work -advice?

So, We have two kids and The median home value here is around $110,300, which is actually reasonable. It's a a smaller city city with about 59,427 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? Cheers.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Used to live on the Fairview side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
