Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $110,300, which is actually reasonable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
