Weekend activities in Mayo?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but The median home value here is around $116,100, which is actually reasonable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Anyone in a similar situation? The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I've lived in Midtown for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Decent public transit for the size
- The nightlife scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. No regrets on my end..
