Best neighborhoods in Mays Chapel

Curious what people think. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,768/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think?

Came here for school and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The weather is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
