Longtime lurker here, Crime rate is something to consider -Mays Chapel sits at 1,338.5 per 100K. The median home value here is around $447,300, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? Thanks!
