Hey everyone, I've been here for 7 years and Homes are going for about $447,300 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
