Is Mayville getting better or worse?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 20s, and The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $64,044, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $196,200 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
