Best neighborhoods to rent in Maywood?

I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 24,593 people. Median household income is $61,655, which feels about average for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The cultural scene is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
