Best areas to explore in Maywood?

Hey folks, Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do?

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The dating scene is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to San Francisco it's improving.
