OK so Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -McCalla sits at 272.0 per 100K. The median home value here is around $252,800, which seems about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
